Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully made. Please check all details carefully, as amendments on the day may not be possible.

Card Details, Charges & Cancellations

To secure your reservation, valid card details are required at the time of booking.

Your card details will be held securely via a PCI-compliant payment gateway and will not be charged at the time of booking.

By providing your card details, you authorise us to charge £10 per person if the booking policy is not met. This includes:

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your booking)
  • Reductions in guest numbers within 24 hours
  • Failure to attend your booking (no-show)

This secure process (card tokenisation) helps reduce no-shows and protects the business from last-minute cancellations, while ensuring your payment details remain encrypted and secure.

No charge will be made if you attend your booking or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Arrival Time

We kindly ask all guests to arrive promptly. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this time, we reserve the right to release your table.

Late Arrivals

If you expect to be late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee your table will be held beyond the 15-minute grace period.

Group Bookings

For parties of 4 or more, a deposit or card authentication is required to secure the booking.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge of £10 per person
  • Reductions in guest numbers within 24 hours may also be subject to the same charge

No-Shows

Guests who fail to attend without prior notice will be charged £10 per person.

Special Days & Peak Periods

For special occasions and peak trading days (including but not limited to Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve), alternative booking terms may apply.

Card details are required for a minimum of 2 guests to secure reservations on these dates.

These bookings may also include:

  • Higher deposits or prepayments
  • Set menus
  • Different cancellation periods

By providing card details, you authorise us to charge in line with the applicable terms for that specific date, including late cancellations, reductions in guest numbers, or no-shows.

All applicable terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and will override standard booking conditions where stated.

Service Charge

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee availability of specific dishes.

If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirement, please also inform a member of our serving team upon arrival.

Children & Highchairs

Families are very welcome; however, we are only able to accommodate children before 4:00 PM.

Dress Code

We operate a smart dress code. Tracksuits, sportswear, and shorts are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation.

Special Requests

Special requests (such as seating preferences or celebrations) should be made at the time of booking. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee all requests.

Health & Safety

All guests are required to comply with our health and safety policies, including any applicable government guidelines.

Table Duration

During busy periods, tables may be allocated for a specific duration. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Offers & Promotions

Please note that the following days are excluded from all regular offers and promotions:

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day
  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • Father’s Day
  • All Bank Holidays

General

We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings in line with operational requirements.

We also reserve the right to charge the card provided where a booking is made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Customer Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that your card may be charged £10 per person for late cancellation, no-show, or reduction in guest numbers within 24 hours.
